AIAIAI’s latest release includes a new partnership with Björk centred on Echolalia and a separate capsule collection designed by Gustavo Eandi
AIAIAI has unveiled a new white colourway across selected models in its TMA-2 and Tracks headphone ranges, marking the first major expansion of the Copenhagen audio brand's long-standing all-black design identity.
Available on the TMA-2 DJ Wireless, TMA-2 Studio Wireless, TMA-2 Move Wireless and Tracks models, the collection extends AIAIAI’s minimalist design language beyond its signature black aesthetic. The company describes the release as a natural evolution of its visual identity, offering DJs, producers and listeners an alternative expression of its functional, stripped-back approach to product design.
The launch coincides with the beginning of a two-year global partnership between AIAIAI and Icelandic artist, producer and composer Björk. As part of the collaboration, the new white headphones will serve as the exclusive listening interface for Echolalia, the artist’s forthcoming international touring museum exhibition.
Alongside the hardware release, AIAIAI has also partnered with Argentinian artist and Uxe Mentale founder Gustavo Eandi on a limited-edition merchandise capsule. Produced in collaboration with Portugal-based Rovo Assembly, the collection reflects Eandi’s graphic language, which has previously appeared in projects for NTS, Stüssy, Dekmantel, WeTransfer, Brain Dead and Ghostly International, among others.
